These often provide high levels of profits for the developer. Many of our clients are purchasing properties that are considered unfit for mortgage purposes.
They often require new bathrooms and kitchens and sometimes the clients are adding extensions. There tend to be two types of clients, firstly the Buy to Let Landlord who will enjoy an immediate capital growth and an improved rental income and secondly, the property trader, who acquires property, refurbishes it and then sells it on for a profit.
